Services

Advanced care for every kind of wound

Each service starts with a full wound assessment. We then build a plan with the patient's doctor and review it at every visit.

NPWT

Negative pressure wound therapy

A sealed foam dressing connected to a small portable pump gently draws fluid away from the wound. This reduces swelling, keeps the wound clean and encourages new tissue to grow. We provide the unit, apply it and look after it until the wound no longer needs it.

Helps with

  • Deep surgical wounds and wound breakdown
  • Diabetic foot ulcers
  • Pressure injuries (stage 3 and 4)
  • Wounds before skin grafts

What's included

  • NPWT unit rental or purchase
  • Dressing and canister changes
  • Phone support for alarms and questions
  • Progress reports to your doctor
Diabetic foot

Diabetic foot ulcer care

Foot ulcers are one of the most serious complications of diabetes. Early, specialist care protects the foot and lowers the risk of amputation.

How we treat it

  • Wound cleaning and debridement
  • Antimicrobial and foam dressings
  • Offloading and footwear advice
  • Blood sugar coordination with your doctor

Call us or your doctor if

  • Redness spreads up the foot
  • There is a new smell or discharge
  • The patient has a fever or feels unwell
Pressure injuries

Pressure injury (bed sore) care

Patients who spend long hours in bed or a wheelchair can develop pressure injuries over bony areas. We treat the wound and help the family stop new ones forming.

  • Hydrocolloid, foam or NPWT dressings
  • Repositioning and mattress plan
  • Caregiver training at home

  • Skin turns dark, purple or blistered
  • The wound gets deeper
  • Pain increases
Burns

Burn wound care

For partial-thickness burns that are being treated outside hospital, we provide modern dressings and gentle dressing changes that reduce pain and the risk of infection.

How we treat it

  • Gentle cleansing
  • Silver and hydrogel dressings
  • Pain-aware dressing changes
  • Scar care guidance after healing

Go to hospital first if

  • The burn is larger than the patient's palm
  • It's on the face, hands, feet, joints or genitals
  • It's from electricity or chemicals
After surgery

Post-surgical wound care

We look after surgical wounds once the patient goes home, so problems are caught early and the surgeon stays informed.

How we treat it

  • Incision checks and dressing changes
  • Suture and staple removal when advised
  • NPWT where prescribed
  • Photo updates to your surgeon

Call us if

  • Wound edges begin to open
  • There is pus or a bad smell

Leg ulcers

Leg ulcers often come from poor circulation in the veins or arteries. Finding the cause matters as much as the dressing.

  • Skin protection around the wound

Call us if

  • Sudden swelling
  • Spreading redness
  • Severe pain
